Veteran Music Producer and Executive of over 20 years, Paul Wright has produced and as an executive, shaped the careers of several of Gospel music's biggest artists including. Paul’s executive credits and accomplishments include; Director of A&R (Benson Records), Director of A&R (Verity/ SONY-BMG/Jive), V.P. of A&R (Verity/SONY-BMG/Jive), President (Harborwood/SONY-BMG/Jive) overseeing an operational budget of over $15 million dollars, creator of the hugely popular WOW Gospel Series, along with multiple Grammy, Dove and Stellar nominations and wins.

After realizing such success for SONY-BMG, Paul saw the opportunities that existed in ownership and in 2002 formed Alliant Music Group where he held the position as CEO until its sell in 2007. Currently Paul it’s the President of the newly formed NuSpring Records, and is also Co-Owner of NSK-ESP LLC which houses the best in children’s music and education through its companies NSK-ESP Garfield and ClubKids.com the first digital download site for kids which is powered by ZIPBOX Media.
