Setting up: Your new ZIPBOX Store

Your password grants access to the following:

• Your store administrator
• Your email account (which is youraccountname@zipbox.com)

A password must be between 6 and 20 characters. It cannot contain any quotation marks or apostrophes. 

Passwords cannot include any type of slash, forward slashes (/) or backward slashes (\).

To change your password:

1. Go to My Account: My Store
2. Change password form is at the bottom left 
3. Enter your old password
4. Enter your new password
5. Enter your new password again in the confirm new password field
6. Click Save
