Your ZIPBOX email account

Checking your ZIPBOX email with your own email client

You can use your ZIPBOX Media email account within your own email client like Outlook, Apple's Mail, or your smartphone. You simply need to create a new account in your email client with these credetials.

  • Email Address: youraccount@zipboxmedia.com ('youraccount' can be found on the My Account : My Store page in the administrator).
  • Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server: mail.zipboxmedia.com
  • Username: your account name (Can be found on the My Account : My Store page in the administrator).
  • Password: Your account password. This wouldv'e been sent to you when you signed up.
  • Outgoing Authentication: password
  • Outgoing SSL: No
  • Outgoing Ports: Default (25, 465, 587)

The ZIPBOX email server works with POP3 or IMAP connections.
