Personal Information, Billing and Payment
Personal Information
The Personal Information form is where you will enter your full name and valid email address. This is the email address where you will receive your first time login instructions and password. You may only use one email adress per store when signing up for multiple ZIPBOX Media stores.
Billing
The Billing form will require the following information: Billing Address, City, State, Zipcode, and Phone Number.
Payment
The Payment form is where you will enter a valid credit card. All initial setup fees and monthly fees will be charged to this card. From this form you will be promted to enter your card number, card type, security or csv code (usually found on the back of your card), expiration month, and expiration year of your card. On the left you you will notice a confirmation of information to assure accuracy. If there are any mistakes, simply click the "back" button (at the lower left side) to make any corrections. If the information is correct click the "Pay Now" buttom. Please note when the "Pay Now" button is clicked your credit card will be charged the amount shown below "Pay Today", and also will be charged the monthly fee.
