Your ZIPBOX email account

Using web mail for the first time

The first time you click the "Mail" tab you will need to authorize your web mail email.

  1. Notice the text Enter "accountname" in your login field…
  2. Take note of the word in the quotations. This is your account name.
  3. click the text link "Click Here".
  4. A new window with a login form will open.
  5. Enter only your ZIPBOX account name in the first field.
  6. Enter your ZIPBOX password in the second field.
  7. Click "Enter"

Now that you've authorized your webmail every time you click the Mail tab in your ZIPBOX adminstrator webmail will load in the main window.
