Making Money: your orders and customers
Working with orders
Go to Sales: My Orders to view all your orders by date. If there are more than 50 orders you will need to navigate to the next page for older orders.
Clicking on the order number will display that order's detail. You can print from this screen.
On the right side of orders that contain downloads you will see a list of files included with that order.
If the customer has successfully downloaded the file or four days have passed since the order was placed the files will have a "renew" button under their title. If for some reason the customer needs to download the file again you have the option to renew that download another 4 days from when you click the renew button.
